Role Overview:

The Accounts Receivables Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company’s cash flow by overseeing billing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication skills to ensure financial operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send invoices to clients promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and ensure timely collections.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on receivables and cash flow status for management.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to address billing issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed financial reports.
  • Knowledge of logistics or transportation industry operations is a plus.
