Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Microfinance, sales, or banking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
