Job Description

A Production Corporation in Lilongwe is urgently seeking for a highly organized and detailed-oriented Administration Clerk to join Dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Administration team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence from other Departments
  • Assist with event planning, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure compliance with Corporation policies and procedures
  • Any other Administration duties assigned by Superiors.

Requirements

Applicants should be in possession of

  • Malawi School certificate of Education
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or any related field
  • At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
