Job Description
A Production Corporation in Lilongwe is urgently seeking for a highly organized and detailed-oriented Administration Clerk to join Dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Administration team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence from other Departments
- Assist with event planning, travel arrangements and other administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with Corporation policies and procedures
- Any other Administration duties assigned by Superiors.
Requirements
Applicants should be in possession of
- Malawi School certificate of Education
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration or any related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
