Job Description

We are seeking a talented and competent Architect with advanced skills in Revit BIM to join our team. The architect will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings, working together with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that our designs meet both client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce detailed architectural designs and construction documentation using BIM software with particular focus on Revit.
  • Manage and maintain client registers, ensuring up-to-date and organized records.
  • Oversee and update the job register to track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Participate in bidding processes for B2B and B2G projects, including preparing proposals and supporting documentation.
  • Seek construction approvals from various planning authorities and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design intent is achieved.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) working as an Architect (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficiency in Revit for design, modelling, and documentation.
  • Experience in managing client and job registers.
  • Experience in bidding for B2B and B2G projects.
  • Experience in seeking construction approvals from planning authorities.
  • Strong understanding of local building laws, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with other design software like AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Chief Architect is a plus.
