Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager at Academic Summit located in Mzuzu. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring branch profitability.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in branch operations or related field
- Financial management and budgeting skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of tech, entrepreneurship, or education research is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
