Deloitte would like to recruit energetic and qualified candidates for the position of Audit Trainee.
Job Description
- Carry out audit assignments as assigned from time to time.
- Prepare working papers according to the firm’s standards.
- Assist in performing audit of the various sections of the income statement such as: sales, cost of sales, operating expenses, salaries and wages.
- Assist in performing audit of certain areas within balance sheet sections such as: Additions in fixed assets, debtors’ circularization, stock counts, bank & cash.
- Ensure that basic Deloitte techniques are applied accurately and consistently in all areas of work delegated.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Internal Auditing; OR Professional level ACCA or ICAM students – where at least 2 professional (P) papers have already been passed.
