MobiPay is a diverse company with a range of platforms, including Malipo, MobiSchool, and MobiBet. We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our on-site bar, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the bar, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
- Develop and implement promotions and events to attract customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, financial records, and supply orders.
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality industry or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
