Job Summary:
SWIFT Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Building Foreman to oversee construction
projects related to our borehole drilling operations and other infrastructure developments. The Building Foreman will be responsible for managing on–site activities, coordinating labor, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Strong problem–solving and decision–making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
