Job Description


SCOPE OF ROLE
Reports to: Broking Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through methods like cold calling and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Strategy Development: Creating and executing sales and marketing strategies for better brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Market Research and Trends: Analyzing market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Customer Retention: Implementing programs to increase customer retention.
  •  Customer Acquisition: Creating and implementing strategies for acquiring new customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyzing sales data and preparing reports to guide strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum of Certificate in Sales and Marketing.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • At least 2 years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the laws and regulations governing Malawi’s financial sector.
  • Innovation and product development skills.
