Call Center Agent
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide clear and concise explanations to customer questions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist customers with product information and purchasing decisions.
- Process orders and handle returns.
- Manage customer accounts and update information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Accurately record customer interactions and data in CRM systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and company policies
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including patience and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
- Minimum qualification of Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or Accounting or any related field.
Position Grade: 9
Location: Head Office, Lilongwe
