CONSULTANCY SERVICES – Final Evaluation
Welthungerhilfe (hereafter referred to as WHH or Contracting Authority) was established in 1962. It is today one of the largest private organizations working in the area of development cooperation and humanitarian aid in Germany. The organization is non-profit-seeking, non-partisan and non-denominational. Donations from the population at large fund our work in over 40 countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In addition, WHH receives grants from the Federal German Government, the
European Union, the United Nations, and the United States Agency for International Development.
Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and There Is Hope Malawi (TIH) are implementing projects called “The Skill Up! and Light Up”. The goals of these two projects are to improve the living conditions of young women and men in Dzaleka Refugee Camp and rural Malawi through the integration of the Skill Up! principles and quality standards to non-formal Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) that is offered by There is Hope (TIH) and to improve livelihoods amongst young Malawian and refugee men, women and people with disability aged 18-40 from Dzaleka refugee camp and Dowa district.
WHH would therefore like to engage a team of national and international consultants to conduct the final evaluation of these two projects.
