Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Contact Mining Technician to assist in researching and compiling detailed information on individuals and companies using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Google. The successful candidate will create and manage contact lists within Apollo, ensuring accuracy and relevance for the client’s needs
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn, Apollo, and Google to research and gather data on targeted individuals and companies.
- Create and maintain accurate contact lists in Apollo.
- Perform detailed searches to extract critical information, including email addresses, phone numbers, and company details.
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies during data collection.
- Report progress and communicate effectively with team leads and clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in market analysis, lead generation, or business development.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn and Apollo or similar contact mining tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and online research techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in lead generation or sales support roles.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and data entry best practices.
- Basic understanding of GDPR or other data privacy regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
