Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our team and provide nutritious, well-balanced meals for students and staff. The ideal candidate should have experience in meal preparation for large groups, kitchen management, and food safety.
Key Requirements:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education or its equivalent
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a school or institutional setting.
- Ability to prepare meals for large groups while adhering to dietary requirements.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
- Experience in menu planning and inventory management is an advantage.
- Certification in food handling and safety is highly desirable.
