Position: Cottage Supervisor
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cottage Supervisor to join our team at Private Beach Cottage/Air BNB located in Salima District.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate lodge staff to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and inspect the quality of food being served to customers
- Manage customer relations, handle complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance and quality control
- Monitor and control lodge expenses, inventory and supplies
- Implement and enforce lodge policies, procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies
- Submitting monthly report to the Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software.
