CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, tenable at our Office in Blantyre, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met.
- Prepare and present reports on customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
a) A first university degree in Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any of the Social Sciences from reputable and recognized university.
b) A good understanding of Information Technology business.
c) Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
d) At least six (2) years’ experiences in Business Development or customer service or Marketing.
e) Candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and any certificate in IT will have an added advantage.
