Role Overview:
As a Customer Relationships Intern, you will play a key role in helping us build and nurture strong relationships with our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our customer care and marketing teams, contributing to enhancing customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
Support the development of customer engagement strategies to improve overall satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and report key insights to the team for product and service improvements.
Help maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and campaigns that drive customer loyalty.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for deeper engagement.
Participate in customer outreach programs and events to foster strong relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
A passionate individual interested in customer success, fintech, and digital lending.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable with technology and digital tools, CRM systems experience is a plus.
Proactive, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve..
Educational Qualification:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
