Job title : Customer Service Officer
Reports to : Customer Service Manager
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve customer complaints/concerns timely and professionally.
- Provide tracking updates and delivery information.
- Assist with pickup/delivery requests (scheduling, rescheduling).
- Process customer feedback/suggestions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay updated on company policies/procedures/services.
Requirements:
- Certificate in relevant field, MSCE or equivalent.
- 1+ year of customer service experience (logistics/courier industry).
- Excellent communication/problem-solving/conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/customer service software. ✓ Strong attention to detail/organizational skills.
Other Attributes:
- IT systems/technology experience.
- Industry-specific regulations/compliance knowledge. ✓ Marketing principles/practices familiarity.
