Responsibilities

1. Growing data QREC and Data ARPU :

•   Smart phone & feature phone user offers for non Data QREC
•   Data seeding campaigns for non Data REC
•   Bundle dropper offer execution and monitoring

2. Growing Data Winbacks and reduce Data Churn:

•   Bundle churner offer execution and monitoring

3. Provision of product Insights:

•   Daily Bundle report/bundle dispersion analysis
•   CWN report analysis
•   Outlier KPI deep dives
•   Actionable and profitable proposals for customer offers
4. Competitor product benchmarking:

•   Monitoring competitor activity and predicting disruptive activities before they happen to drive a prompt response.
•   Keeping mark to market reports up to date to drive action

5. Timely and complete reporting and analysis of data KPI’s:

•   Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual tracking of relevant KPIs.
•   Trend spotting and forecasting for early course correction.

6. Periodic product testing and hygiene check :

•   Proposing test scenarios
•   Conducting product UAT
•   Regular product testing and health checks

7. On time in Full Project Deliver:

•   PCN, BC development and or execution.
•   CFT Leadership and partnership where relevant.
•   Project Network management.
•   Sponsor alignment.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications  & Functional / Technical Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related field
  • At least 2 years work experience in Marketing department (Preferably Telecommunication)
