Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Lilongwe
About Oraimo Accessories:
Oraimo is a fast-growing brand that offers a wide range of phone accessories, including power banks, chargers, earphones, and smart gadgets. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost our online presence and drive growth in the competitive phone accessories market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Oraimo accessories across multiple channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, influencer marketing).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to enhance audience engagement and grow followers.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and ads.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to develop visual and video content for campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze website traffic and online campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, to assess performance.
- Provide insights based on data to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and present them to stakeholders.
- Paid Advertising:
- Manage paid search and display advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to ensure the best use of the budget, monitoring key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- SEO & Website Management:
- Optimize website content to improve search engine ranking (SEO) for relevant keywords related to phone accessories.
- Work with the web development team to ensure the website is up to date, mobile-friendly, and optimized for user experience.
- Brand Collaboration & Influencer Marketing:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, tech bloggers, and other brand partners to promote Oraimo accessories.
- Oversee partnerships and affiliate marketing efforts to increase product visibility.
- Customer Engagement:
- Monitor customer feedback on social media platforms and manage the community through engagement.
- Run promotional campaigns and giveaways to drive engagement and increase product sales.
- Market Research & Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to implement cutting-edge strategies.
- Research competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer electronics.
- Experience with phone accessories or consumer tech products is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills for digital platforms.
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in managing paid ad campaigns and ensuring ROI.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and social media partnerships.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress (preferred).
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, with an eye for detail and a passion for staying updated on the latest digital trends.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
