Malawi Blood Transfusion Service (MBTS) is a Trust that was established to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood and blood products to meet the needs of all patients in authorised hospitals in Malawi.
It is committed to meet its objective of collecting, processing and testing all blood from voluntary non-remunerated blood donors in low-risk populations to international standards, in a cost-efficient manner.

Job Summary
Driving assigned MBTS vehicles with responsibility and avoid putting the lives of the passengers in danger
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Malawi School Certificate of Education
- Driving License
- Having worked in this position for not less than one year
Responsibilities
- Ensuring proper care and attention for all vehicles in daily use and security.
- Transporting members of staff and visitors on official MBTS business
- Providing written reports for accidents and incidents involving assigned vehicle at least within 24 hours from the time of occurrence to the Human Resources and Administration Officer.
