There is Hope is a Christian Non-Governmental Organization which was registered under the Malawi Trustees Incorporation Act on 31 December 2007. We are a member of NGO Board and CONGOMA (Council for Non-Governmental Organizations in Malawi).
With a private grant from the Bauer Charity Foundation through Welthungerhilfe Malawi (WHH), There is Hope (TIH) is implementing a 36-month project called Skills Up!
There is Hope is therefore looking for Entrepreneurship Facilitators (2 posts) to assist in developing business skills amongst the participants at its Vocational Training Centre at Lilambwe near Dzaleka Refugee Camp in Dowa District. Those who meet the job requirements can apply.

Entrepreneurship facilitator roles and responsibilities
- Conduct Business Incubation Curriculum Review
- Teaching according to approved syllabus and methodology
- Assessing, recording and reporting on participants’ progress
- Preparing schemes of work and lesson plans
- Organizing teaching and learning materials for the lessons
- Enforcing participants’ discipline
- Maintaining class register and participant progress records
- Maintaining available equipment in the section
- Enforcing classroom and workshop rules and regulations
- Provide guidance, coaching, mentorship and support to participants.
- Attending to delegated responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Entrepreneurship or Business Administration.
- Able to manage people and teaching skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chichewa.
- 2 to 3 years’ work experience in a similar role.
- A good understanding of the TVET system in Malawi will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
