Job Description
Seeking an experienced Estates/Operations Manager with Hotel Industry knowledge. Must have experience in Compliance and Risk Management, Budget and Cost Control, Training and Development, effective problem-solving and decision-making, good strategic planning, flexible and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the estate’s buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage estate staff, including training, and performance evaluations.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the estate’s budget, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Security and Risk Management: Ensure the estate’s security and safety, including managing security personnel and protocols.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including financial reports, inventory, and maintenance logs.
Requirements/Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in estate management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
