Job Description

Seeking an experienced Estates/Operations Manager with Hotel Industry knowledge. Must have experience in Compliance and Risk Management, Budget and Cost Control, Training and Development, effective problem-solving and decision-making, good strategic planning, flexible and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and renovation of the estate’s buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage estate staff, including training, and performance evaluations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the estate’s budget, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Security and Risk Management: Ensure the estate’s security and safety, including managing security personnel and protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, including financial reports, inventory, and maintenance logs.

Requirements/Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in estate management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
