Role Purpose

A dynamic, confident, organised and energetic Executive Assistant / Human Resources Officer is
needed to support the Chief Executive Officer’s Office. You need to be well organised, articulate,
full of ideas and quick thinking. As you will be first point of contact internally and externally, you
will need to be a good communicator with people on the phone,email and face to face.

Essential Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • A strong faith in Jesus Christ, and a calling to this ministry.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources administration.
  • Familiar with Malawi Labour Laws.
