Applications are invited from knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled candidates to fill the following position:
Facilities and Administration Manager – Head Office
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer the successful candidate will manage the Administration function of the Bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Management, premises inspection and maintenance.
- Asset and Inventory Management.
- Security management.
- Management of the bank’s fleet of vehicles. Compliance with Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM) and other regulatory bodies guidelines.
- Stores management.
- Management and control of Stationery and other inventory.
- Management of Insurance claims and covers for all assets.
- Management of all electric Equipment. Contracts management.
- Preparation of Capital and Administration operating expenditure Budgets in consultation with all business units.
Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies •
- Knowledge of RBM Directives.
- Project, Time and Change management.
- Risk Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent.
- 5 years working experience at a senior managerial level in a bank.
