GreenField Agriculture and Marine Limited is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and forward-looking Farm Manager to join our team.
Position: Farm Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Animal Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience working on a farm, preferably a dairy farm.
- Candidates with equivalent educational qualifications and significant hands-on experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in managing farm staff is essential.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle license.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily farm operations and ensuring optimal productivity.
- Managing and coordinating farm staff to achieve production goals.
- Implementing best practices in animal care and farm management.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
