Job Description
Nhlane Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Administration Manager to oversee the company’s financial management and administrative functions. The incumbent will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, accounting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes managing procurement, human resources, and administrative functions to ensure effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company’s financial strategies and operations.
Prepare and monitor the company’s budget and financial forecasts.
Oversee the management of the finance department, including financial reporting, audit preparations, and payroll administration.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory obligations.
Manage procurement processes and administrative operations to optimize efficiency.
Support HR in recruitment, staff management, and development activities.
Qualification & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent is a must.
At least 5 years of experience in financial management and administration, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
