Job Description

Finished Goods Warehouse Officers 3 Positions

Job Summary:

We seek to recruit experienced and skilled Finished Goods Warehouse Officers to manage our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods and returns therefrom.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse management.
  • Candidates should not be more than 35 years old
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

KEY RESULT AREAS {KRAs}

1. Warehouse Operations:

  • Receive, inspect, and store finished goods
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and reporting
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

2. Inventory Management:

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
  • Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory system
  • Minimize stock obsolescence and damage including pilferage and shrinkages

3. Shipping and Dispatch:

  • Coordinate timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods
  • Ensure compliance with Loading regulations and procedures

5. Team Management:

  • Supervise and train warehouse staff
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and productivity
