Graduate Trainees – Programs (x2) – Alliance Development Africa Foundation (ADAF)
Job Description
Alliance Development Africa Foundation (ADAF) is inviting suitably qualified individuals to apply
for the position of Programs Graduate Trainees. The successful candidates will report to the
Program Officers and provide support in the implementation of ADAF projects within the Programs
Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Officer in a variety of project activities related to planning, implementation, and reviewing of projects.
- Support mobilization, facilitate training sessions, engage with stakeholders, and assist with
management and reporting of project activities. - Participate in project monitoring and evaluation, including field support visits.
- Engage directly with ADAF staff and perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competences:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Social Sciences, Business Studies,
or Economics. - Aged 25 years and below.
- One-year undergraduate internship with a reference letter is mandatory. (post graduate
relevant experience an added advantage) - Adherence to Christian Values, as ADAF operates on Christian principles.
