VISIONS – AREA 10
- GRILL – CHEF
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing a variety of grilled dishes such burgers, steaks and chicken.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper storage and labelling of food items.
- Follow all the food and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw meat.
- Providing excellent customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- M.S.C.E with credits in English and Mathematics
- Certificate in Professional cookery/ Food & Beverage or Diploma in Hospitality Management
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good time management skills to ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked within specified timeframes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling, storage and cooking techniques
