Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest areas, including the reception area, lobby, and common areas
  • Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other housekeeping duties as needed
  • Coordinate with hosts to resolve issues such as maintenance, check-in problems, or unmet expectations
  • Provide guests with detailed check-in instructions, including key collection and property access
  • Educate guests on the company’s policies, terms, and conditions
  • Confirm reservation details with guests before arrival
  • Offer recommendations on transportation and dining
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Hotel Management Certificate, Customer Service Certificate with a background of experience working in the hospitality industry. (Diploma is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in MS Word and other relevant computer applications
