WE ARE HIRING! HEAD VIDEOGRAPHER
RFP Ministries is looking for a talented and creative Head Videographer to join our Directorate of Media, Communications, and Technology at our Head Office in Blantyre, Malawi.
If you have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a digital media-related field and at least one year of experience, this is your chance to be part of a fulfilling and impactful team!
Key Responsibilities:
Administer all aspects of video production, from research and scriptwriting to final delivery.
Record and edit videos for films, commercials, TV programs, documentaries, and corporate projects.
Produce video content for various platforms, including social media.
Oversee archiving, editing, and post-production processes.
Develop and manage budget requirements for audiovisual software, applications, and equipment.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong video production, motion picture, and editing skills.
Proficiency in video equipment, IT, and graphics design.
Excellent camera and photography skills.
Creativity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of AI and audio content production is an added advantage.
