Job Description
Nhlane Group is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR policies, recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management systems. The HR Manager will also be in charge of employee development, retention strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection processes, including onboarding of new employees.
Handle employee relations and ensure a positive working environment.
Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Advise management on HR issues and contribute to decision-making.
Qualification & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of HR management experience in a corporate environment.
Proven experience in developing HR policies and systems.
Strong knowledge of Malawi’s labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
