POST: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Panaf Logistics Limited is a transport company that handles the transportation of various goods across different countries in the SADC region. Panaf Logistics Limited is inviting applications from suitable, qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates to fill the position of Human Resources Manager at its office in Riverbend Villa, City Centre, Lilongwe.

Reporting to: The Director
Job Summary
To manage Human Resources issues to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of services at Panaf Logistics Limited.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and review of human resources policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor staff development.
- Provide advice and support to management and staff on the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Supervise the implementation of the annual performance management system.
- Interpret human resources policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee welfare.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of inventory, property, fleet management, and security systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management from a recognized college/university.
- At least 2 years of work experience in human resources management in a busy office.
Skills
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Knowledge of labor laws.
- Management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and Access).
- High integrity, honesty, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.
