INDEPENDENT SALES AGENTS (COMMISSION BASED)
(Blantyre, Lilongwe & Mzuzu)
We are looking for matured and aggressive individuals to work as independent Sales Agents across our branches in Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu. The successful Sales Agents are expected to:
- Market UGl products/Services
- Solicit new business outside UGl’s clientele
- Help prospective customers with onboarding processes
- Prepare sales returns
- Account for the sales made in conformance with the company’s credit control policy
The Independent Sales Agents must have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance market, products and relevant regulation
- Accomplished sales record and business connection.
- A diploma in Marketing, Insurance or Business Administration.
- License from Reserve Bank of Malawi (the company will facilitate application process for those that do not have)
- Be ready to operate from their own premises
- Up to date knowledge of emerging risks in Insurance
