Banyan Global is the prime recipient of the USAID/Malawi Learn to Perform (L2P) Activity. L2P is a five-year task order to improve the Mission’s performance management, enhance program efficiency, and advance Mission learning. Under this activity, Banyan Global is recruiting a Malawian Insights Discovery co-facilitator to assist with a USAID pause and reflect session. The co-facilitator will take part in a two-day session with USAID Malawi staff, supporting Insights Discovery aspects of the retreat. The co-facilitator is expected to support a lead facilitator. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating with Insights Discovery. The pause and reflect meeting will take place on September 5-6, 2024. The position is open only to Malawian candidates
- Co-facilitate Insights Discovery aspects of a two-day pause and reflect session for USAID Malawi staff
- Work with USAID and L2P staff to draft the retreat agenda
- Conduct preparatory work for the retreat
- Capture and synthesize outputs and feedback during the event
- Prepare a post event report
- Skilled in facilitation
- Certification in Insights Discovery
- Experience in facilitating Insights Discovery in Malawi
- Experience working with teams in the international development and corporate sector
