Key Responsibilities
- Assist with technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Support the setup and deployment of new equipment and software.
- Monitor system performance and report issues to senior staff.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), or a related field.
- knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
