Role Description
This is a contract role for a Lawyer/ Legal Partner at David Hastings Associates in Lilongwe. The Legal Partner will be responsible for tasks such as law practice, contract negotiation, legal document preparation, addressing legal issues, and providing legal advice on various matters. This is an on-site position.
Qualifications
- Law degree from the University of Malawi or any recognised University and admitted to the Malawi Bar
- Law practice, Legal Document Preparation, and Legal Advice skills
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and handling Legal Issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
