Job Description

We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager at WestHill Lodge and Conference in Ntcheu.

Candidate specifications;

1. The candidate must possess a diploma in any of the following fields; hospitality management, business management, marketing or a related field. A degree in those fields will be an advantage.
2. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality Industry.
3. The candidate must have a friendly personality and skills in handling customer complaints and queries (customer service skills).
4. He / she must be a person who pays attention to details and yet be flexible.

Note;

We urgently need to fill this position and therefore candidates will be assessed on a rolling basis and the first suitably qualified candidate will be offered the job.

The successful candidate will be remunerated commensurate with his / her qualifications.
