Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and management of our lodge. The Lodge Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the lodge runs smoothly, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and maintains a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide leadership, support, and performance feedback to staff members.
- Manage lodge reservations, room allocations, and online booking platforms.
- Maintain accurate financial records of income and expenses.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Plan and organize events, activities, or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to attract guests and promote the lodge.
- Manage the lodge’s online presence, including social media, reviews, and website content.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience in business administration will be an added advantage.
- Atleast 3 years proven experience in lodge or hotel management.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reservation and property management software, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
