Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lodge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and management of our lodge. The Lodge Supervisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the lodge runs smoothly, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and maintains a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide leadership, support, and performance feedback to staff members.
  • Manage lodge reservations, room allocations, and online booking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate financial records of income and expenses.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Plan and organize events, activities, or amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to attract guests and promote the lodge.
  • Manage the lodge’s online presence, including social media, reviews, and website content.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Experience in business administration will be an added advantage.
  • Atleast 3 years proven experience in lodge or hotel management.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation and property management software, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
