About Us:
MobiPay Limited is a leading financial technology company specializing in payment system aggregation, core banking systems, and business communication services, including USSD and SMS aggregation. Malipo is our innovative Payment System product. We are seeking a dynamic Manager to oversee our Malipo operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Malipo team to ensure efficient operation and service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Malipo payments and business communication services.
- Oversee contract, allocation of tasks product roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and the Reserve Bank of Malawi.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
- At least 2 years’ experience working with a financial services organization.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malawian citizen with a valid National ID card.
