About Us:
MobiSchool is an innovative e-learning platform that uses multiple channels or access to target and provide quality education resources to students of all ages and social classes. We are looking for an experienced academic professional to take on the role of managing this platform as well as its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operation and engagement of the system.
- Develop strategies to drive adoption, growth and usage of the platform.
- Direct and manage content generation and syllabus.
- Engage with stakeholders to secure partnerships.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and alignment of content being generated on all channels (Web, Mobile, USSD, Radio, SMS and IVR).
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or any academic profession.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a classroom environment,
- Familiarity with online education platforms and delivery mechanisms.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Those who have experience working as a headteacher will have an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malawian citizen with a valid National ID card.
