Marketing and Business Development Executive Volunteers

Are you interested to work as a marketing and business development volunteer?

If yes, here is an opportunity for you. SDK Holdings intends to engage the services of marketing and business development executives as volunteers.

We seek to recruit efficient and skilled marketing and business development executive Volunteers at SDK Holdings Limited. The marketing volunteers will be responsible for marketing all business under the company. The assignment includes meeting potential clients, preparing high-quality bids that meet client requirements, and managing the bid timelines and resources effectively.

Location: All Districts

Applicants are requested to indicate district of preference to work in.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Conduct awareness and develop the brand
  • Communicate with target audiences and develop customer relationships
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials
  • Run social media channels
  • Negotiating with clients to secure businesses
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
  • Developing and presenting proposals customised for each client’s specific business needs
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers
  • Contacting potential new clients and planning meetings
  • Meeting new and existing clients in person
  • Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients in-person meetings
  • Generate new business opportunities

Requirements and Skills

  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or Procurement or Entrepreneurship or Business Communication or any relevant field
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
