Job Description
Infinity Media Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team in Lilongwe. The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and promote our brand.
Key_Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Preparing bid documents and apply for business opportunities
2. Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
4. Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation.
5. Develop and implement brand guidelines and standards.
6. Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials.
7. Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
8. Create and publish engaging content to drive website traffic and generate leads.
9. Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for improved performance.
10. Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to attract and engage target audiences.
11. Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.).
12. Organize and execute marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and webinars.
13. Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
14. Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials.
15. Identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
16. Communicate marketing plans and results to the marketing manager.
17. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies, influencers, and media houses.
18. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
19. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the market.
20. Perform other office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– Should have minimum qualification of Diploma in Marketing, Business Communication, Commerce, Business Administration, or any other related field.
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
– Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
– Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chichewa.
– Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
– Willing to work outside Lilongwe
