Job Title : Marketing Officer
Reports to : Director
Job Summary:
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth, boost brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement for our courier services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (paid social, Google Ads).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Customer Service).
- Measure and report on marketing performance (KPIs, metrics).
- Develop and maintain marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Manage marketing budget and resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in the logistics or courier industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. ✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Other Attributes :
- Experience with graphic design and video editing. ✓ Knowledge of SEO principles.
