Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, testing and dissemination of data collection tools, tailored to project needs
- Support routine data reviews, verification and data quality audits
- Support consolidation and updating of indicator tracking tools
- Support organization and coordination of MEAL training sessions, workshops and capacity building activities
- Support the design and implementation of feedback mechanisms
- Assist in capturing and documenting lessons learned, best practices and success stories
- Support creation of content for newsletter, social media and other communication materials
- Support designing of data visualizations, graphics, infographics and other visual content for reports, articles and other communication materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences or a relevant field, graduated within the past 2 years
- Sound knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research and designing, implementing M&E related tasks
- Analytical knowledge including knowledge of Microsoft applications and statistical packages like STATA, SPSS, R
- Experience with graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
- Well organized and structured approach with attention to details and deadlines with competency in data filing systems • Knowledge of knowledge management, learning methodologies, and learning events.
