Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer

Reports To: MEAL Coordinator

Job Location:         Blantyre

Role Purpose

The MEAL Officer will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the MEAL Coordinator to assess project activities, outputs and outcomes against targets as provided. The position demands a multi-tasking ability in working with the Program Coordinators and Field Officers to enhance M&E system regarding monitoring of field-based activities. At the minimum technical expectation, the position shall be responsible for designing and implementing M&E systems appropriate for various programs in the organization.
