As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Operations Executive to lead and streamline our Supply Chain, Human Resources (HR), and Finance departments. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled, strategic, and hands-on leader to join our dynamic team and contribute to the company’s continued success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leadership and Strategy: Lead and oversee the Supply Chain, HR, and Finance departments to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Supply Chain Management: Drive improvements in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost- efficient delivery of products/services.
- Human Resources: Manage recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training, and organizational development to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Financial Management: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to ensure financial health and growth. Oversee day-to-day financial operations and contribute to strategic financial planning.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement across departments. Produce detailed reports on performance, issues, and initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience in a busy corporate environment, with a proven track record of leading and managing cross- functional teams.
- Hands-on expertise in people resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive collaboration and motivate teams across various departments.
- A solid reputation for being trustworthy, ethical, and professional in all aspects of work.
- Good standing with ICAM (Institute of Chartered Accountants in [Country]), demonstrating your commitment to the highest professional standards.
- Proficiency in relevant operational management tools and systems (e.g., ERP software, MS Excel, financial tools).
