Maone Technical College

Maone Technical College (MTC) is a not for profit technical college situated in Maone Business Park Limbe. It is an initiative of Malawi Relief Fund UK, which is a UK based INGO operating in Malawi.
The college is located in a spacious and developing campus and offers level 1-3 TEVET based programmes in different disciplines. Whilst the college is small, it aims to become one the best providers in the country.

Along with the formal technical programme the MTC also delivers TEVET approved informal courses in 4 rural centres to improve access to training and education.

The Board of Trustees are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic principal to lead our growing technical College. If you have a strong desire to improve the life chances of our students and feel excited to lead and direct a small team of dedicated staff to help fulfil the ambition of the college to become a centre of educational excellence in Malawi, we would love to hear from you.

The Successful Candidate will be an outstanding leader and instructor who will have proven track record and share our passion to improve the opportunities for our students.

Qualification:

Applicants should have a Master’s Degree in Technical Education or its Equivalent and must have served as a Principal of a Tevet Institution for at least 2 years.

A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Managing a TEVET Institution may be considered.
