Product Data Analyst
Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, the successful candidate will support the Products team by automating reports, tracking performance, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to drive product and channel performance, innovation, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Products team to gather and document requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develops and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights and track team and products performance.
- Performs proactive analytics to identify growth opportunities, evaluate market trends, and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conducts data-driven market analysis to evaluate performance against competitors and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Ensures data quality, accuracy, reliability, and completeness of all products reports and analyses.

- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.

- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

- Quick to learn new skills, tools, and concepts, with a focus on continuous improvement and development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- BSc in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or a related field is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a data-related role.
- Advanced SQL knowledge for querying databases and making sense of the numbers.
- Condent Tableau user, capable of creating clear, interactive visualizations.
- Comfortable with Python—enough to automate tasks and crunch data when needed.
- Good understanding of data modelling techniques and practices.
- Strong understanding of the bank’s products and channels.
