Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and objectives.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track progress and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Prepare financial reports and track project expenditures.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate with partners, donors, and government agencies.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Identify risks and challenges affecting the project.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Assess project impact and effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data to measure project performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in project management, administration, or coordination roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
Other: Knowledge of donor funding requirements, reporting standards, and stakeholder management.
