Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and objectives.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Track progress and provide updates to management and stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Prepare financial reports and track project expenditures.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate with partners, donors, and government agencies.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.

Risk Management & Problem Solving

  • Identify risks and challenges affecting the project.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Assess project impact and effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure project performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in project management, administration, or coordination roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and data analysis.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational abilities.

Other: Knowledge of donor funding requirements, reporting standards, and stakeholder management.
